Ethan Smith
Ethan is a graduate of St. Stephen’s Episcopal School in Austin and the Butler School of Music at the University of Texas. As a member of the St. Stephen’s Madrigals, Ethan had the pleasure of performing at Carnegie Hall, at the Canadian Rocky Mountain Festival, and across Texas. Ethan received accolades his senior year as both the Choral Student and Guitar Student of the Year.
At UT-Austin, Ethan received a Bachelor’s in Music where he received additional vocal and piano training and completed significant coursework in jazz studies and electronic music.
Ethan has taught piano and guitar professionally for five years, and has over fifteen years of experience touring the United States as a multi-instrumentalist. He currently leads a western inspired indie-Americana project called Fugitive Visions. Ethan enjoys mentoring and helping students connect with the joy of music.
