JaRon Marshall
JaRon Marshall is an accomplished pianist hailing from Austin, TX who skillfully fuses elements of jazz and R&B to his own compositions, “bringing futuristic vibes to soul music” as mentioned in an interview for BET.
After launching his first album “earth sounds,” JaRon Marshall embarked on a tour across North America and Europe, showcasing his talent at prestigious venues and festivals like Winter Jazzfest in New York City, Montreal International Jazz Festival, LEVITATION/Austin Psych Fest, Jazz sur son 31 festival in Toulouse, SXSW, Duc Des Lombards (Paris), Ronnie Scott’s (London) and many more.
JaRon Marshall has shared the stage with esteemed artists like Vieux Farka Touré and Tigran Hamasyan, and has collaborated with GRAMMY nominated band Black Pumas since 2019 as the studio and touring keyboardist and a co-composer (“Mrs. Postman” is his latest songwriting credit).
JaRon is also the in-house composer for Austin’s NPR station KUTX, mostly working on theme music for their original podcasts. With over a decade of experience as a working musician and music educator, JaRon brings a wealth of real-world experience to his students.
